1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bowman Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of OneWishlist (the "Service"), accessible at onewishlist.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use OneWishlist. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@onewishlist.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OneWishlist (lists, item names, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Bowman Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Affiliate Links & Product Data

Outbound product links may be rewritten at click-time to include affiliate identifiers, including Amazon Associates tags. Bowman Ventures LLC may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

Product titles, images, and prices are fetched from third-party sources. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or availability. We are not responsible for changes in price, availability, or product description on third-party sites.

7. Guest Purchases

The Service allows guests (non-registered users) to mark items as purchased on a wishlist. These actions are voluntary and for coordination purposes only. Bowman Ventures LLC is not a party to any transaction between wishlist owners and guests. We are not responsible for purchases made, items received, or any disputes arising from gift-giving.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bowman Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bowman Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Bowman Ventures LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
